Finding your calm within the crazy šŸ’š

Meditation saved me. Now I'm not being dramatic or mic dropping then leaving you hanging, but I can honestly say that Meditation saved me, and today I'm here to share with you how it can also help you.

Meditation helped change my inner mean girl into an inner cheer leader. It helped soften the noise in my mind and would encourage me to look within rather than out for validation. It helped me develop a real relationship with myself, so I look to myself and trust my choices. Meditation is my number 1 tip when it comes to self-care šŸ’›

This time of year can get a bit crazy, with 6 weeks to Christmas our calendars are filling up and all of a sudden we are running around and feeling stressed and frazzled.

Even though you may be run off your feet and super busy, there is always time to grab 5-10min for you. Here are just some of the benefits you may experience when committing to a Meditation practice...

ā–Ŗļø Lowers blood pressure and heart rate
ā–Ŗļø A feeling of calmness and clarity
ā–Ŗļø Relaxed muscles
ā–Ŗļø Helps to manage anxiety
ā–Ŗļø More positive thoughts
ā–Ŗļø Increased patience
ā–Ŗļø Able to reduce stress
ā–Ŗļø Feel amazing

Whether you are about the woo woo or science, Meditation can benefit you.

It may feel uncomfortable and it may be hard when you start. But the rewards are huge so stick with it.

If you currently don't meditate at all, just start small. 5min a day find somewhere quiet, close your eyes and sit with yourself. Just focus on your breathing and nothing else.

If you meditate all the time, don't let it slide just because you're a little busy.
