My name is Kirsty and I am your trusted Holistic Practitioner. Since I can remember I have been drawn to Meditation and Spirituality. A little hippy in heels moving through this experience we call life. I’m grateful to be living my journey where I too have gone through life shattering events, only to come through stronger, happier and in love with who I am. By sharing my journey with you, I get to help, inspire and guide others to do the same.

Sometimes we need a hand to light that spark within our soul to shine bright again. Becoming a Mama has cracked me wide open. My identity was shaken up and I lost myself through the journey of Maiden to Mother. Though Meditation and Spirituality, I have trusted the Universe to support and guided me while I lean in to heal, let go and step forward again shinning brighter than ever.

Working with me as your Holistic Practitioner I will help you find your light again, embody practices to feel calm and connected not only to yourself but to the Universe.
