Body + Mind + Soul + Emotions. By focusing on one area and healing that, issues may show up somewhere else. So I focus on healing from the inside out and heal all of you. Heal the stories from your 7yr old self. Heal the habits. Heal the belief systems. Heal the inner mean critic. Heal you.

My journey started with me wanting to heal and grow after going through a year of life change int heart break... I lost my father, my partners father, had surgery and then my partner and me separated... yup a pretty big 12 months!

I knew I had to get through, but I honestly had no idea how. I didn’t have the tools or knowledge on how to love myself, set and achieve goals, heal myself from the inside out and find calm within the crazy.

So skip forward a few years and here I am today connecting with you 💛 Sharing my stories to help others know they are not alone, and helping them shine bright again.

I am so passionate about helping others love their life, love their journey and love themself.

If I had not gone through all of my journey, I wouldn’t be who I was today, helping and serving others. Which is why I’m so grateful for my journey.
